How far in advance should I book my pet’s boarding reservation?

We recommend booking any reservation as early as possible especially during summer and holidays.

When can I visit your facility?

Feel free to stop by any time during normal business hours. A Pet Resort staff member will be happy to answer all of your questions.

Is it okay to have a friend or family member pick up my pet from its boarding stay?

We will only release your pet to you, the owner, unless otherwise specified. When checking in, please provide the name and phone number of the person(s) that will be picking up your pet.

Do I have to bring my pet's food?

If your pet has a sensitive stomach, prescription diet or is still on puppy food, please bring your preferred food. We offer dry mini-chunk and/or canned Pedigree and will feed your pet according to its normal feeding schedule at no extra charge!

What else should I pack for my pet?

Orchard Lake Pet Resort also provides dishes, bedding, blankets, toys & treats.
